On 11–12 March 2022, the Zdrowe Miasto Foundation, in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior hospital in Białystok, organised the training courses "Managerial skills — how to be a boss whose employees do not leave?" and "Team building, communication and cooperation within a team", attended by the hospital's management staff. Long-standing trainers Krzysztof Firlik and Jakub Bartczak shared their knowledge with the hospital's employees. The trainers showed how to manage a team effectively so that employees want to work for their superiors and so that their work is productive.
