About the project
A series of lectures; 22 June 2024, ul. Antoniuk Fabryczny 40; 25 June 2024, ul. Proletariacka 21, Białystok.
We invite you to a series of lectures in which participants will learn about the role of physical activity and a healthy diet in building the body's immunity. They will also learn which prevention programmes are currently available to them and where they can turn for help. The first will take place on 22 June 2024 from 9:00 a.m. in Białystok at ul. Antoniuk Fabryczny 40, and the second on 25 June 2024 from 9:00 a.m. at ul. Proletariacka 21 in Białystok. The lectures and practical demonstrations will be led by a doctor, a psychologist, a dietitian, a personal trainer, paramedics, a cook, a midwife and many other specialists. We will learn which exercises effectively reduce stress and which nutrients support our health. In addition, a body composition analysis will be carried out, with an interpretation of the results. Activities for younger participants are provided. This public task is co-financed by the Podlaskie Voivodeship.
