About the project
A series of lectures; 25 September 2024, School and Preschool Complex in Fasty, ul. Białostocka 5; 27 September 2024, School and Preschool Complex No. 4, ul. Porzeczkowa 11, Białystok.
We invite you to a series of lectures in which participants will gain knowledge about all the aspects that affect the health of our body. They will also learn which prevention programmes are currently available to them and where they can turn for help. The first will take place on 25 September 2024 from 9:00 a.m. at the School and Preschool Complex in Fasty, ul. Białostocka 5, and the second on 27 September 2024 from 9:00 a.m. at School and Preschool Complex No. 4, ul. Porzeczkowa 11 in Białystok. The lectures and practical demonstrations will be led by a doctor, a psychologist, a dietitian, a personal trainer, paramedics, a cook and many other specialists. We will learn which exercises effectively reduce stress and which nutrients support our health. In addition, a body composition analysis will be carried out, with an interpretation of the results. Activities for younger participants are provided. This public task is co-financed by the Podlaskie Voivodeship.
