# We create good change together. We are the Zdrowe Miasto Foundation. Since 2015 we have worked for health, education and local communities. ## Close to residents' needs The foundation was created in Podlasie to run health promotion campaigns and educational activities. Over time our work grew to include civic engagement, cooperation with local authorities and cross-sector partnerships. We combine the perspective of residents with the experience of institutions and specialists. We run community projects, training, consultations and initiatives that serve the region's development. ## Cooperation that connects We coordinate the Eastern Poland Medical Cluster and the Białystok EKOOPER Energy Cluster.
